I really enjoy the gyeran ppang I made from descriptions of the street food by some of my restaurant customers and those on the web.

As is, it is simple and fairly easy to make. Pouring the batter into a small loaf pan and adding other ingredients on top, then baking until done.

This version is even simpler and easier, taking advantage of American style ready made frozen rising biscuits. (think the blue can or wrapper with a dough boy mascot)

I use a 1500 watt Nuwave Brio air frier, your equipment may require time and temperature adjustments

Serves 4
Equipment: 2 mini loaf pans
Air Fryer

Ingredients
4 frozen ready to bake biscuits
4 eggs
chili pepper
2  sandwich size deli ham slices (substitute cubed ham, crumbled cooked bacon, pepperoni, Etc)
2 slices American cheese
Shredded mozzarella

Directions
Preheat your air frier to 300° F.
Fill the drip tray with water (helps with moisture and makes clean up easier).
Spray each pan with cooking spray or coat with oil or butter.
Place 2 frozen biscuits (do not thaw) in each mini loaf pan.
Place one slice of ham on top of the biscuits.
Crack two eggs on top of the ham in each pan.
slice peppers and place on top of eggs.
Place shredded cheese on top of every thing.
Reduce cooking temperature to 220° F.
Set timer for 55 minutes.
Check gyeran ppang often after about 30 minutes to make sure it does not over-brown. (If at 30 minutes the cheese on top is browning, you can pause the cooking for five minutes then resume.

Final
Serve hot as a snack, as a one dish meal, or as a side to a meal.
