Other Names: 풋고추 put-gochu (green chili pepper), 홍고추 hong-gochu (red chili pepper), Korean Red, Korean Dark Green, or Korean Long Green
Korean chili peppers are a little sweet and range from mildly spicy to hot.
Peppers should be firm with no soft spots and no breaks in the skin.
