오이선 Stuffed Cucumbers
Cucumbers are cut into three or four sections, slit lengthwise, and lightly salted. The cucumber sections are stuffed with beef, eggs, mushrooms, and other ingredients after a light sauté. To give the cucumbers a sweet, tangy flavor, a dressing of water, sugar, and vinegar are mixed together, then poured over the cucumbers.
