An East meets West sauce that can be used as a dipping sauce for mandu, a salad dressing, a different kind of steak sauce, a
fry sauce, on sandwiches, or whatever else you can think of.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon maesil syrup (Korean Plum Syrup)
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
Put the gochujang, Dijon mustard, maesil syrup, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl and stir or whisk until
well mixed.
Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before use.
