A simple sauce for battered fried foods like chicken or shrimp. Great for fries also.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons gochujang
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon mayonnaise (or miracle whip style dressing)
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove finely minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small sauce dish and let sit for about 15minutes.
Make 1 recipe per person.
