Chojang (Bibimbap Sauce)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup gochujang

Garlic infused vinegar is available at many mainstream markets, or you can make your own.

Directions:

Smash the 3 garlic cloves, then mince (chop) to a fine mince.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well, then let stand for at least 1 hour before serving.

Chojang may be kept refrigerated fo up to 2 weeks.
